Atom Retro's offices will be closed for the Bank Holiday Weekend from Friday 28th August - Wednesday 2nd September. We will re-open on Thursday 3rd Sept 2009. You can still place orders over our website as normal during the Bank Holiday.

FAQ's:

When will I recieve my Order?

Orders will be processed on Thursday 27th as normal. After this the next despatch date will be Thursday 3rd Sept 2009, for both standard and Express UK Deliveries and international orders.

Express delivery will not be available as a delivery option while Atom Retro's offices are closed for the bank holiday. If you want to order with Express Delivery please ensure you order before 11am on Thursday in order for it to be despatched in time for delivery on Friday. Express Delivery will be 'switched off' after our courier collects on Thursday lunchtime.

Can I still order over the Bank Holiday?

Yes, you can place your order over our website as normal.

How can I contact you?

There will be no one in our office to take telephone calls until Thursday 3rd Sept. However, you can still call us on 01723 870222 and leave a message on our answerphone or you can email us at info@atomretro.com - we will be answering emails over the bank holiday. Phone messages will be answered on Thursday 3rd Sept.

EXPRESS DELIVERY ORDERS - If you are ordering with Express UK Mainland Delivery, you will need to order before 12pm Wednesday 8th April, if you want it to reach you before Easter. Orders placed after this time may not reach you until after the bank holiday.

When will I recieve my Express Delivery if I order BEFORE 12pm Wednesday 8th April?

Your order should be despatched on Wednesday 8th April and will be delivered on Thursday 9th April. Please note, our usual restrictions will apply and your order will be subject to stock availabilty and whether our courier can deliver to your address within this time. Express delivery is for UK Mainland addresses only. Some Scottish postcodes are a 2 day delivery time in addition to this. Please contact us if you need more information.

When will I receive my Express Delivery if I order AFTER 12pm Wednesday 8th April?

Your order will be despatched on Thursday 9th April (if ordered before 12pm on Thursday 9th April) and will be delivered by our courier on the 14th April (following Tuesday). Our courier will not deliver over the bank holiday.

Express delivery will not be available as a delivery option while Atom Retro's offices are closed for Easter.

When will I receive my Standard UK Delivery order?

Standard Delivery orders (Royal Mail) are being processed and despatched as normal. Royal Mail will not be delivering on the bank holiday days (Friday 10th and Monday 13th April) but other deliveries should be as normal. Please note, our last day for despatch on all orders before Easter will be Thursday 9th April. After this our next despatch will be on Thursday 16th April.

Can I still order over Easter?

Yes, you can place your order over our website as normal.

Delivery will be via either 24 Hour Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. All orders placed between the 18th December and 1pm on the 23rd December, with items totaling £30 or more will be sent on a next day service. (UK Mainland only).

You may have noticed a couple of changes to our Checkout in the last couple of days - we've added a new postage option for Express Delivery to customers in Mainland UK! Just the ticket if you need your order quickly!

There are a couple of notes and exceptions to the Express Delivery service, so please make sure you read the notes before you pay for your order. Express Delivery will be via Courier (for the majority of orders) so if you're choosing this option, please ensure you have included a clear delivery address and contact details (email and telephone number) in case our courier needs to contact you. If you are not in Mainland UK (ie. You live in the highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, etc) and need an order urgently, please call us on 01723 870222 to place your order as it may be possible to send via Special Delivery for you (this may cost more). Delivery is on working days only, Monday - Friday. Orders placed from Friday pm - Sunday will be despatched the following week.

Atom Retro regulars may have noticed a subtle difference in our site's appearance in the last 24 hours... yep, the postage charges have altered.

Previously (in case you didn't know) our website would charge a delivery and handling fee based on what item and how many you were ordering. Now, with our brand new sparkling postage system, the delivery cost for your order will be calculated on the weight of the items you are ordering.

But the best part is... now if you are in the UK you will not pay more than £5.95* per order, if you are in Europe you will not pay more than £12.00* per order, and if you are in the Rest of the World, you will not pay more than £25.00* per order!... And often the delivery charge you pay will be less than that! For example, if you only want to buy one T-Shirt you will only pay for the cost of delivering that one T-Shirt, but if you want to buy a whole mountain of T-Shirts (And who doesn't need that?!) then the delivery charge will be capped as above.
